2. Our Role in Processing Information
For End Customer information processed on behalf of a Client, the Client determines the purposes and means of processing and acts as the controller or business, as applicable under privacy laws. Sliggy Media acts as the processor or service provider and processes that information under the Client's instructions and our agreement with the Client.
For information collected through our own website, sales communications, billing, and account administration, Sliggy Media acts as the controller or business.
Our own AI voice and SMS demonstration and sales line is operated by Sliggy Media. We are responsible for information collected through that line.
3. How We Use Information
We use information to:
- Provide missed-call text-back, automated conversations, and appointment booking.
- Understand service requests and collect information necessary for appointments.

We do not use End Customer information for advertising or independent marketing. We do not use Client-controlled End Customer data to train general-purpose AI models.
4. SMS Privacy and Consent
Mobile phone numbers, SMS opt-in information, and SMS consent are not shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes.
We may provide phone numbers and message information to telecommunications providers and other service providers only as necessary to deliver communications, operate Catch, maintain security, or comply with law. These operational disclosures do not permit recipients to use SMS consent information for their own marketing.
Catch sends transactional and customer-service messages related to calls, service inquiries, and appointment scheduling. It is not used for promotional campaigns.
Recipients can opt out by replying STOP and can get help by replying HELP. Message frequency varies based on the interaction. Message and data rates may apply. See our SMS Terms at https://sliggymedia.com/sms-terms.
5. AI Processing and Automated Communications
Catch uses artificial intelligence to interpret messages, identify service needs, generate responses, and assist with scheduling. AI systems may process personal information included in conversations, including names, addresses, telephone numbers, and service details.
AI-generated responses may be incomplete or inaccurate. Clients are responsible for reviewing appointment information and verifying important details. AI-generated content is not professional plumbing, electrical, HVAC, medical, legal, or emergency advice.
