Sliggy Media Terms of Service
Effective Date: October 13, 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to https://sliggymedia.com, the Catch dashboard, demonstrations, and related services provided by Sliggy Media ("Provider," "we," or "us").
By creating an account, accessing the dashboard, or using the services, you agree to these Terms. If you use Catch on behalf of a business, you represent that you are authorized to bind that business to these Terms.
1. Services
Catch provides missed-call text-back, AI-assisted customer communications, collection of service requests, and appointment-booking functionality. Features and availability may change as the service develops.
Paid business subscriptions are also governed by a Client Service Agreement. If it conflicts with these Terms, the signed Client Service Agreement controls for the paid services.
2. Eligibility and Accounts
Users must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a binding agreement. You agree to provide accurate account information, keep your credentials confidential, and promptly tell us about unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity under your account, except to the extent caused by our breach.
We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect security, comply with law, or prevent abuse.
3. Permitted Use
You may use Catch only for lawful business purposes and in accordance with our Acceptable Use Policy. You must not:
- Send spam or unauthorized marketing messages.
- Use purchased, scraped, or improperly obtained contact lists.
- Impersonate individuals or organizations.
- Send deceptive, fraudulent, harassing, or unlawful communications.
- Circumvent consent, opt-out, or carrier restrictions.
- Attempt unauthorized access to accounts or systems.
- Reverse engineer, disrupt, or interfere with the service, except where law expressly permits.
- Use the service for prohibited or restricted messaging categories.
- Submit information you do not have the right to process.
4. Client Responsibilities
Business Clients are responsible for:
- Obtaining legally required consent and providing appropriate notices.
- Complying with the TCPA, FCC rules, state communications and privacy laws, and carrier requirements.
- Providing accurate business hours, service areas, pricing, availability, and booking instructions.
- Reviewing AI-generated responses and appointment information.
- Responding to customer inquiries that need human judgment.
- Maintaining appropriate privacy notices and customer communication practices.
Catch does not replace professional judgment or emergency services.
5. AI Limitations
Catch uses AI systems that may produce inaccurate, incomplete, delayed, or unexpected responses. We do not guarantee that AI-generated content is accurate, that an appointment will be booked, or that any number of leads or sales will result.
Clients must independently verify critical information, including appointment availability, service commitments, pricing, and customer requests. Do not rely on Catch to dispatch emergency services or make safety-critical decisions.
6. Fees and Payments
Paid subscriptions are billed through Stripe according to the Client Service Agreement or checkout disclosures.
The standard Catch subscription is $299 per month, plus a one-time setup fee of $497, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Billing frequency, cancellation rights, refunds, and other commercial terms are set out in the Client Service Agreement. We do not impose undisclosed charges, and any taxes or additional charges are disclosed before purchase.
7. Intellectual Property
Sliggy Media owns Catch, its software, documentation, branding, designs, and underlying technology. Subject to these Terms and payment of fees, we grant authorized users a limited, nonexclusive, nontransferable, revocable right to use Catch for internal business purposes during the subscription.
Clients keep their rights in information they provide or control and grant us the limited rights needed to process it and provide the service. No ownership of Client data transfers to Sliggy Media.
8. Privacy and Confidentiality
Our Privacy Policy describes how we handle personal information. Client-controlled personal information is additionally governed by the Client Service Agreement. Users must not access, disclose, or misuse information belonging to other Clients or End Customers.
9. Third-Party Services
Catch relies on third-party telecommunications, AI, database, hosting, and payment providers. We are not responsible for failures outside our reasonable control, but we will make commercially reasonable efforts to address disruptions. Third-party providers may impose additional terms on particular integrations.
10. Service Availability
Catch is provided on a commercially reasonable, best-effort basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, specific response times, or a service-level agreement unless agreed in writing. Maintenance, telecom outages, carrier filtering, and AI-provider failures may affect functionality.
11. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or restrict access when reasonably necessary because of:
- Material violations of these Terms.
- Nonpayment after notice and the applicable cure period.
- Suspected fraud, spam, or unlawful communications.
- Security threats.
- Carrier or legal requirements.
Where practicable, we will give notice and a chance to fix the issue. Clients may terminate paid services under their Client Service Agreement. On termination, access ends and data is handled under our retention terms.
12. Disclaimers
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." WE DISCLAIM IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT TO THE EXTENT SUCH DISCLAIMERS ARE LAWFUL. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights that cannot legally be waived.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither party is liable to the other for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits or lost business opportunities.
Where no separate signed agreement governs, Sliggy Media's aggregate liability will not exceed the greater of (a) the amounts paid by the claimant to Sliggy Media in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) $500.
This limitation does not apply to liability that cannot lawfully be limited, or to fraud, gross negligence, or willful misconduct. A signed Client Service Agreement controls liability between Provider and the Client.
14. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Middlesex County, Massachusetts, and the parties consent to those courts' jurisdiction.
15. Changes to Terms
We may revise these Terms. We will give advance notice of material changes affecting existing paid subscriptions where required by law or contract. Changes will not override an existing signed agreement without a contractual basis.
16. General Provisions
If a provision is unenforceable, the rest remain effective. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not transfer your account or rights without our written consent, except as permitted by law or written agreement. These Terms, with incorporated policies and agreements, are the entire agreement concerning use of the service.
